Shipping Policy
Domestic shipping is FREE within Australia for all orders and usually takes Australia Post 3-10 business days to deliver. If you would like your purchase earlier please select from the other postage options.
We are a small business and will be individually packing and posting your orders.
If your order is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 days. If not in stock it will be made to order and will take approximately 5-10 business days to make and dispatch.
Return & Exchange Policy
At BUD Creative, each pair of coffee pod earrings is thoughtfully designed and crafted, often using recycled materials. We want you to love your purchase, so please review our returns policy below.
Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

Return and exchange postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Original postage costs are non-refundable

Once the item is received and inspected, an exchange or refund for the purchase price will be issued.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your earrings arrive damaged or faulty, we’re here to help:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos
If confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including any postage costs
Hygiene & Safety
For hygiene reasons, all returned earrings must be unworn. We reserve the right to decline a return if items are not in a suitable condition.
Handmade & Upcycled Nature
Our earrings are handmade and often created from recycled coffee pods, meaning each piece is unique and minor variations in colour, shape, or finish are part of the design and not considered faults.
