Shipping Policy

Domestic shipping is FREE within Australia for all orders*, express postage is only $14.00

We are a small business and will be individually packing and posting your orders.

If your order is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 days. If not in stock it will be made to order and will take approximately 5-10 business days to make and dispatch.

We use Australia Post for shipping. You may select express shipping at checkout

* excludes wholesale orders

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept change of mind returns. In the event you believe there is a fault with your earrings please contact us via email and we will resolve the issue.
